Personal Identity Documents

Required
Valid Passport

Minimum 6 months validity from date of travel. Must have at least 2 blank pages.

Aadhaar Card

Original + 3 self-attested copies.

PAN Card

Required for financial transactions and tax purposes.

Voter ID / Driving Licence

Additional identity proof.

10 Passport-size photographs

White background, recent (within 3 months).

Educational & Professional Certificates

Required
Educational Certificates

10th, 12th, Diploma, Degree — originals + attested copies.

Trade/Skill Certificates

ITI, NSDC, NCVT, or equivalent trade certificates.

Experience Letters

From all previous employers, on company letterhead.

Salary Slips

Last 3–6 months from current/previous employer.

Reference Letters

From supervisors or employers (if available).

Medical & Health Documents

Required
Medical Fitness Certificate

From a GAMCA/GCCHMC approved medical centre (for Gulf countries).

Blood Group Certificate

From a registered pathology lab.

COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

As required by destination country.

Medical History Summary

For candidates with pre-existing conditions.

Financial Documents

If Applicable
Bank Account Details

For salary credit and remittance. Passbook copy or cancelled cheque.

Bank Statement

Last 6 months (for visa applications requiring financial proof).

Income Tax Returns

Last 2 years (if applicable).

Family & Emergency Contact Documents

If Applicable
Family Details Form

Spouse, parents, children — names, contact numbers, addresses.

Nominee Declaration

For insurance and gratuity purposes.

Emergency Contact Letter

Signed authorisation for family to act on your behalf.

Important Tips

Get all certificates attested by a Notary or Gazetted Officer before submission.
Keep digital scans of all documents stored securely (Google Drive, email).
Ensure your name spelling is identical across all documents.
Passport name must match exactly with all other documents.
Do not submit documents with corrections or overwriting — get fresh copies.
Keep originals safe — submit only attested photocopies unless specifically asked.
