Our Story

Born from a Belief
That Workers Deserve Better.

Bharat Siddh was founded at a time when overseas recruitment in India was dominated by unscrupulous agents who charged workers exorbitant fees, misrepresented job terms, and abandoned them the moment they landed abroad.

Our founder saw this firsthand and made a simple but radical commitment: build a recruitment agency that prepares workers thoroughly, and stays accountable for their welfare throughout the contract. That commitment has been unwavered across time.

Today, Bharat Siddh is one of India's most trusted overseas recruitment agencies — 100% compliant, regulatory approval, and operating within bilateral labour agreements across 30+ countries. We have placed over 10,000 workers, maintained a zero regulatory violation record, and built long-term relationships with employers who return to us year after year.

But the mission remains the same: connect India's skilled workforce with global opportunity — with integrity, transparency, and genuine care for every worker we represent.

Mission & Vision

What Drives Us Every Day

Our Mission

Connecting India's Talent with the World's Opportunity

To be India's most trusted overseas recruitment partner — placing skilled workers in meaningful employment abroad, with full regulatory compliance, zero worker fees, and genuine care for their welfare throughout the journey.

Our Vision

A World Where Every Indian Worker Travels with Dignity

We envision a global labour mobility ecosystem where Indian workers are valued for their skills, protected by robust frameworks, and empowered to build better lives for themselves and their families — without fear of exploitation.

Our Purpose

Turning India's Demographic Dividend into Global Prosperity

India produces 12 million new workers every year. Our purpose is to channel this extraordinary human resource into global employment — generating remittances, building skills, and strengthening India's position as the world's premier talent source.

Our Values

The Principles We Never Compromise On

Integrity

We never compromise on compliance, transparency, or worker welfare. Every deployment is documented, every contract is attested, and every worker is treated with dignity.

Worker-First

The worker is not a commodity. We invest in their preparation, protect their rights, and stay connected throughout their contract — because their success is our reputation.

Excellence

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of candidate quality, documentation accuracy, and employer service. Zero regulatory violations in 15+ years reflects this commitment.

Partnership

We build long-term relationships — with employers who return to us year after year, with government bodies who trust our compliance record, and with workers who refer their families.

Global Responsibility

We operate within bilateral labour agreements and international ethical recruitment standards — because responsible mobility benefits workers, employers, and nations alike.

Continuous Improvement

We invest in technology, training, and process improvement — so that every cohort of workers we deploy is better prepared, better documented, and better supported than the last.

Leadership

The People BehindBharat Siddh

Col Sandeep Sharma, Cofounder and CEO

Col Sandeep Sharma

Cofounder and CEO

After an illustrious 35-year stint with the Indian Army, he returned to his roots in Varanasi. Upon arriving, he was enthused at the opportunity of demographic dividend with the youth in this region ripe for nurturing and employing. He took this up and got his other co-foudners together on this mission to help every household in the region contribute to the foreign exchequer. Across time, the intention has been undeterred and going strong.

CSR & Social Impact

Beyond Recruitment.
Building Communities.

Our responsibility extends beyond placing workers. We invest in the communities we source from, the families left behind, and the workers who return — ensuring that overseas employment creates lasting, generational impact.

Pre-Departure Literacy Programme

We run financial literacy and digital skills workshops for workers before departure — helping them manage remittances, avoid exploitation, and communicate with families.

Family Support Network

Workers' families are connected to our regional offices for support during the contract period — addressing concerns, facilitating communication, and assisting with emergencies.

Rural Outreach & Sourcing

We actively source from underserved rural districts in UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, and Odisha — bringing global employment opportunities to communities with limited access.

Returnee Reintegration

Returning workers are supported with skill recognition, domestic employment referrals, and entrepreneurship guidance — ensuring their overseas experience creates lasting value.
