Our Position

Ethical Recruitment Is Not Optional —It Is Our Foundation

To the Honourable Ambassadors, High Commissioners, Labour Attachés, and Officials of International Labour Agencies in receiving countries:

We write to you not merely as a licensed recruitment agency, but as a partner in the shared responsibility of protecting Indian workers who seek a better life abroad. The movement of labour across borders is one of the most consequential human activities of our time — it lifts families out of poverty, builds nations, and forges lasting bonds between peoples. It also carries profound risks when done without integrity.

Bharat Siddh was founded on a single conviction: that ethical recruitment is not a constraint on business — it is the only sustainable basis for it. Every worker we place is a person with a family, a community, and a future. We treat them accordingly.

We recognise that embassies and international agencies are often the last line of defence for workers in distress. We want to be the first line of prevention. We invite you to hold us to the commitments set out on this page — and to contact us directly whenever a concern arises involving a worker placed through Bharat Siddh.

Formal Commitments

What We Commit To

These are not aspirations. They are operational standards we hold ourselves to — and invite you to verify.

Zero Tolerance for Exploitation

Every worker placed through Bharat Siddh is protected by a written contract in a language they understand, fair wages, safe conditions, and the right to return home with dignity. We report and refuse any employer who violates these standards.

Full Regulatory Compliance

We operate under a PGE (Pre-departure Guidance and Emigration) licence issued by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. Every deployment is cleared through the eMigrate system — the Government of India's mandatory digital tracking platform for overseas workers.

Transparent Documentation

We maintain complete, auditable records for every candidate — identity verification, skills assessment, medical clearance, contract terms, and post-arrival welfare checks. These records are available to receiving country authorities and embassies on request.

Worker Welfare as a Core Value

Our 24/7 grievance helpline, in-country support network, and repatriation assistance are not afterthoughts — they are built into every deployment. We coordinate directly with Indian Embassies and receiving country labour ministries when issues arise.

Bilateral Agreement Alignment

We actively support the implementation of bilateral labour agreements between India and receiving countries. Our processes are designed to meet the standards set by MOUs between the Government of India and partner nations.

Open to Inspection & Audit

Bharat Siddh welcomes inspection by embassy officials, labour attachés, and receiving country authorities at any stage of the recruitment process. We have nothing to hide — transparency is our competitive advantage.

Cooperation

How We Work With
Embassies & Agencies

We believe that receiving country embassies, labour ministries, and international agencies are essential partners — not adversaries. We actively seek to build working relationships that protect workers and uphold the integrity of the bilateral labour framework.

Grievance escalation protocolWhen a worker contacts our helpline with a serious complaint, we simultaneously notify the Indian Embassy and the relevant receiving country authority.
Open records accessEmbassy officials and labour attachés may request documentation for any worker placed through Bharat Siddh. We respond within 48 hours.
Joint welfare visitsWe welcome and support joint welfare visits to worksites and accommodation facilities by embassy staff and ILO representatives.
MOU alignmentOur recruitment standards are designed to meet or exceed the requirements of bilateral MOUs between India and receiving countries.
