Why Compliance Matters

Regulatory Rigour
Protects You Too.

Employers who hire through non-compliant channels face serious risks — visa rejections, worker repatriation orders, embassy blacklisting, and reputational damage. India's overseas employment framework exists to protect both workers and employers.

Bharat Siddh's compliance infrastructure means that every worker you hire arrives with government-verified documentation, a legally attested contract, and insurance coverage already in place. You are protected from day one.

We have maintained a zero regulatory violation record across 15+ years of operation — because compliance is not a checkbox for us. It is the foundation of every deployment we make.

Compliance Framework

Six Pillars of Regulatory Compliance

India's overseas employment framework is one of the most comprehensive in the world. Here is how Bharat Siddh operates within — and beyond — every requirement.

PGE Licence — Ministry of External Affairs

Mandatory Licence

Bharat Siddh holds a valid Recruiting Agent (RA) licence issued by the Protector General of Emigrants (PGE), Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. This licence is the legal prerequisite for any agency to recruit Indian nationals for overseas employment. It is renewed periodically and subject to ongoing compliance audits.

Issued by MEA, Govt. of India — the apex licensing authority
Mandatory for all overseas recruitment from India
Subject to periodic renewal and compliance audit
Licence number available on request and verifiable on MEA portal

eMigrate System — 100% Compliance

Govt. Digital Platform

Every worker recruited through Bharat Siddh is registered on the Government of India's eMigrate system — the mandatory digital platform for tracking overseas employment of ECR (Emigration Check Required) passport holders. No worker departs without eMigrate clearance.

Mandatory registration for all ECR passport holders
Digital tracking of demand letters, contracts, and departures
Employer demand letters verified and uploaded on eMigrate
Emigration clearance issued before every departure
ECNR workers processed with appropriate documentation

PBBY — Pravasi Bharatiya Bima Yojana

Mandatory Insurance

Every ECR worker deployed through Bharat Siddh is enrolled in the Pravasi Bharatiya Bima Yojana (PBBY) — the Government of India's mandatory insurance scheme for overseas workers. This provides life, disability, and repatriation coverage for the full contract duration.

Mandatory for all ECR workers going to ECR-required countries
Life cover: ₹10 lakh in case of death
Permanent disability cover: ₹10 lakh
Hospitalisation cover: up to ₹75,000
Repatriation of mortal remains covered
Legal expenses for employment disputes: up to ₹30,000

Bilateral Labour Agreements (BLAs)

30+ Countries

India has signed Bilateral Labour Agreements (BLAs) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with over 30 destination countries. These agreements define minimum wage standards, working conditions, dispute resolution mechanisms, and worker protections. Bharat Siddh operates exclusively within BLA-covered corridors wherever possible.

BLAs with GCC countries: Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain
MOUs with Malaysia, Jordan, Libya, and others
Minimum wage and accommodation standards defined
Dispute resolution and repatriation obligations on employers
Worker welfare fund contributions in select countries

Standard Employment Contract

MEA-Approved Format

Every worker deployed through Bharat Siddh signs a Standard Employment Contract in the MEA-approved format — in both English and the worker's regional language. The contract is attested by the destination country's embassy or consulate before departure.

MEA-approved contract format for all ECR-required countries
Bilingual: English + worker's regional language
Embassy/consulate attestation before departure
Covers salary, working hours, leave, accommodation, and benefits
Contract terms match the employer's demand letter exactly
Worker retains a signed copy before departure

NSDC & Skill India Alignment

As an NSDC partner, Bharat Siddh's candidate assessment and trade testing protocols are aligned with National Occupational Standards (NOS) defined by Sector Skill Councils. This ensures that the skills we certify are recognised by both Indian and international employers.

Employer Protections

How Our Compliance Protects You

Compliance is not just about worker welfare — it directly protects employers from operational, legal, and reputational risk.

Verified Demand Letter

Your demand letter is uploaded to eMigrate and verified by the Protector of Emigrants before any worker is cleared for departure. This protects you from fraudulent sub-agents and ensures the deployment is on record with the Indian government.

Authenticated Worker Profiles

Every worker's passport, certificates, and experience letters are verified for authenticity before submission. You receive a complete, verified profile — not a self-reported CV.

Contract Compliance

The employment contract signed by the worker matches your demand letter exactly. Any discrepancy is flagged before departure — protecting you from disputes arising from misrepresented terms.

Grievance Escalation Protocol

If a worker raises a grievance, Bharat Siddh acts as the first point of contact — resolving issues before they escalate to embassy or government level. This protects your reputation and operational continuity.

BLA-Compliant Corridors

We operate within bilateral labour agreement corridors wherever available — giving you the protection of government-to-government frameworks and reducing your exposure to unilateral regulatory changes.

Full Audit Trail

Every step of the recruitment and deployment process is documented — demand letter, eMigrate registration, medical clearance, visa, contract attestation, and departure. You have a complete audit trail for every worker.
